Do yourself a favor. If you need a new car, you won't do better than buying it at Thousand Oaks Infiniti-Nissan. They treated me like royalty, which I didn't expect at all. Here's why: I'm a customer on the very lowest end. When I first called them, I told them I needed the cheapest new car on the lot. When I went in, you would've thought that I was buying a fleet of their top-of-the-line, six-figure vehicles at over sticker price! I was extremely surprised at how well they treated me. After all, I worked them over pretty good, trying to squeeze every last bit of juice out of my every single penny. Me a penny pincher? Nah, xxxx no! I'm more of a penny STRANGLER! In any event, all I can say is, if they treated a low-end guy like me that well, you know they will take care of you supremely well. Hey, if they treated me any better, I'd ask them to adopt me!
It's as easy as this: Jaquelyn Shraibati -Consultant, For the best experience when you want/need a new car, YOU MUST BUY YOUR NEXT CAR from her! She has great listening and people skills!You won't regret it! She clearly takes the stress out of the process. She determines what your wants and needs are through a consultative question and and answer process and then presents to you all of your options! You get to be the salesperson from there! No high pressure sales! I believe she is truly a diamond in the ruff at this business! What a great listener and communicator! She is the best of the best! Next, a note about the Finance Manager-Fidel Palacios. One of the most uncomfortable positions in a dealership for the public! We, the consumer always resent having to go through the quibbling about rates and having to doc sign pages and pages of papers. Fidel takes his job very seriously and spends the time to find the best banking route for you to take. He doesn't stop at one or two options, his offering will always be the best! What I loved was his sense of humor! He had me laughing by the time a decision was made to move forward. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. I was tremendously comfortable in having to rely on him for the bottom line on interest rates. Lastly, Drew Toczynski- On duty Sales Manager- He has an extensive background in the business and can answer all of your questions! What I enjoyed about Drew, he was not shy or hiding in his office. He came to me and asked how it was going! He too has a great sense of humor which is the common thing missing within a sales organization! All in all if I could give more than 5 stars I would! This set of employees actually made it fun to purchase a car! I give them the (3) F's award (Friendly, Fabulous and Fantastic)! Thank all of you for the best experience in purchasing an automobile ever!

I can't leave out Drew, Sales Mgr. Great Captain of the team! He has great people skills and you can tell his employees love him! I just moved to Westlake Village from South Carolina and was in need of a car. Since I was a first time car buyer I was a little worried and inexperienced with the process but my sister recommended I look at a Nissan because they were reliable cars with great ratings. I began the car buying process while still in South Carolina and dealt with Jeff Halverson as my liaison. He was very patient and professional with me, especially at a distance of 3000 miles. He made everything very easy and stress free, which was great for my first time. When I finally arrived in Thousand Oaks to pick up my car and met with Jeff for the first time, I felt like I was meeting an old friend for coffee...that's how comfortable I felt dealing with Jeff. He made everything extremely simple, fun, and informative. Everything was very fast paced and efficiently done from the moment I walked in the door and even when I had a hiccup with my insurance coverage, they were right there with me trying to get it fixed and in the end I was able to drive off the lot with my very first brand new car. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of service and personal care that I received at Nissan of Thousand Oaks. I will most definitely return here and recommend them to anyone in the future. I particularly want to commend the salesman who facilitated my purchase of a certified pre-owned Altima--Jeff Halverson. I am 80 years old, and I find that often sales people treat elderly customers differently from younger ones, being either condescending or impatient. From the start Jeff was respectful, answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction, and was altogether a pleasure to work with. He rightly emphasized the quality of the service department, sensing that it is important to me to know that my car will be properly cared for after I purchased it. I was impressed with the overall professionalism of every person I met, including the finance manager. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used automobile.
I have been coming to thousand oaks Nissan for the entire 8 yrs that i have had my car. I love knowing that I can always depend on Julie to get the job identifed and fixed. Her team of mechanics are amazing. They never cut corners and always make me feel safe as I drive away. It's an added benefit when you have to wait to be in such a amazing comfortable lounge. I always seem to meet someone friendly. Then when your ready to leave you are greeted kindly by there cashier Alan he always has a smile and truly takes his job seriously. It's just a joy to go when you need to. The longevity of the employees speakly highly of the entire thousand oaks Nissan team and management.
This team did a fantastic job of helping me trade in my 2012 Altima on a new 2012 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. I did not expect to be able to trade in my Altima because it was so new; but Jeff Halvorson called me and asked me to come in to see if they could help me get a new truck. At the least, I expected to get a king cab and am overjoyed to have a crew cab. The Altima is a beautiful car, however, I am used to driving trucks and the Altima just did not fit me. It is too low to the ground for me and I never felt safe because I was used to being in a truck. I have had a Frontier and a Titan before so I knew what the Frontier was all about....it is a gorgeous truck....I love it. Jeff is a wonderful manager; so patient and kind and I know he will continue to bring you a lot of business. Terry and Mark were also wonderful, patient and kind; and I really appreciated all their help. Thank you for making this a great experience for me. Finally I had car car set up for my first time buyer daughter at Universal City Nissan because it was probably the lesser of all evils. After having bougt a few cars in my life I did not want her going through the stereotypical games and salespeople I always got. She took one last look around the day before and was determined that she found the car dealership that was unlike any other we had gone and in particular this Jean she swears is an exception to the rule. Skeptical but I let her go on her own while not caneling my appt at Universal nissan. Jean came picked her up from the house and my sister met her there to keep an eye out for me. My sister is even more wary of car salespeople than me to the point of boycotting dealerships and bought her last car from Craigslist. At the end of the day she says she will buy her next car from Jean too. My daughter not only got a great deal, but her first time buying experience was priceless. I stayed out of her space during the entire thing, but she felt like she had a personal advocate who made sure she got every bit of special incentive and service she deserved. Jean took her time to define and answer questions a young first time buyer would be confused about car buying and made her feel like the world, (mostly my entire family) was wrong to stereotype. I think she either got lucky or that dealership is doing something right and should be mentioned.
I just want to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. Robert Schumacher made the whole buying process smooth, without any stress, and especially without the typical sleaziness other salespeople pull. He really went out of his way to make the deal happen and I'm proud to say he has a customer for life.

My experience at Nissan of Thousand Oaks was by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales team was professional and friendly. The deal was presented in a straight forward manner, without the game playing I have experienced at other dealers in the past. Overall, The process was quick and easy. Everytime I visit this dealership it reinforces my feeling that they truly care about their customers. I have purchased six vehicles from this group. Despite receiving comparable offers on the vehicle of my choice, I chose to go with Nissan of Thousand Oaks. This was because of Paul Reyes, the dealer's Internet Sales Manager, who absolutely impressed me with being an extraordinary professional. I appreciate the fact that Paul took the time to respond to my every question through a very lengthy communication process. There was no monkeying around, just straight forward numbers with no fluff. In addition to being genuine and upfront with all the financial information, he had a team of sales associates (working behind the scenes) on getting me the car configuration I requested (they had to deliver the car from another dealer just to accommodate my needs). When I arrived at the dealership, all I had to do was sign the purchase agreement, and make final decision on extended coverage (pre-negotiated as well). I also truly enjoyed interaction and appreciated the patience of their personable Finance Manager, Mark. Overall a good experience and a good deal on all aspects of the purchase of a brand new Maxima. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
My wife and I went to Nissan of Thousand Oaks in early March 2011 looking to get a pre-owned vehicle. I brought a co-signer as well as our SUV as a trade in. From the moment we walked on the lot, our salesman Doug was extremely helpful and generous with his time. We were there for quite some time but he always had a smile on his face and made sure we were comfortable,(even posing for pictures in front of our new vehicle!)
