Julie Spickerman is the best service person that I have ever dealt with at an auto dealer. She is up-front, honest and very knowledgeable. I always feel that I understand what needs to be done and why. I have a 2004 Maxima and am getting close to wanting to buy a new car. While I am interested in other models, I may simply stay with a Nissan so I can continue to deal with Julie.

Bought my 2009 Versa from Teri Sipotz, who was just wonderful! Very easy purchase, nice people all the way up. Have had every single service done at the dealership, which is a first for me. I can't say enough about Julie Spickerman! She's friendly, honest, (and a bit outrageous.) I trust her to tell me exactly what I need done, and more importantly, what I don't. Julie Spickerman has been my Service Mgr for about 10 years. She's thorough, returns my e-mails in a timely fashion and very accurate when providing price quotes on my repairs. She knows I'm a single parent so when I have more than one thing that needs repair, she helps me prioritize those repairs based on safety. She is terrific and knows her stuff! I always tell her bosses to keep her happy, because if she's gone, I'm gone!
Julie is an excellent reason to use this service department, and is a huge part of why I will buy another Nissan. She makes the service experience as painless as possible, and I always know that I can trust whatever she says the car needs. When my car was experiencing antenna problems, Julie was ready to take the antenna off her own car to make sure I got one. Service advisers like that are hard to find.
